Booking Process:

As an administrator you wish to have complete control over your product offering and to adapt to changing markets as quickly as possible.
However, this does not preclude bookings being made using existing channels such as in person, by phone or by Email, with the administrator able to make bookings on a customers behalf.
The booking interface is very simple and clear: Customers can see at a glance what types of facilities are available and can book rooms and equipment at the touch of a button, receiving Email confirmation of bookings made.
Bookings are easily be amended or deleted and can be extended if rooms are available.
